Holy Progress!

Greg and I have made some great progress!  Working together we are finding we are able to get a lot done.  Don't worry, don't worry... Greg is doing all the hard work.  I hand him pieces of bamboo to tap in and I make the measures and cuts on the end.  I also help to ensure he stagers the new rows.

We have been putting in plenty of hours, but watching the progress go - does really make us feel good about the job we are doing.  The floor does look so nice and very clean.  I am getting very excited to see the finished product!

Once Greg and I complete the floor I will be having my sister and friend Erica over to help paint.  Also, the cabinets will be able to get installed once we are done installing the floor.

The cats are a little unsure about what to think right now.  I can't imagine what it is like for them to go from cushion and soft carpet to hard, cold and slippery bamboo.  I am sure they will get used to it!
